Shipping & Returns
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience using Los Angeles Oils and Butters products. Due to the nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
In the event if you have received a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 14 days of the date of purchase.
If you have received a defective or damaged item(s), please email us at email@example.com with your order number, along with a photo or video showing the issue.
In the case you are unsatisfied with your order for any other reason or if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
US Shipping Information:
-All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days
-Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.
- Due to COVID-19, orders could experience shipping delays.
Need to make a change on your order?
If you need to make a change to your order after purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of order placement so we can amend your order accordingly. Changes request after 24 hours may not be able to be amended and subject to additional shipping fees.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless your return is the result of an error on our part.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is placed with missing and/or incorrect shipping information, it will be customer's responsibility to pay to have it re-shipped to a correct address.
We strongly suggest purchasing insurance for your return parcel, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
Shipping labels are generated according to the client's submitted shipping information. If you have submitted an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number and the correct address.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, there is an additional shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.
Please note that once you order has left our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of USPS. USPS is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date.
