General Shipping Information
SHIPPING NOTE: Estimated time before you receive your tracking number is 3-5 days (however it's generally sooner). Orders are filled on a first ordered first filled basis. Orders are sent out using USPS. After order is sent the delivery time is generally 3-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number email from our website once your order has been packed and scanned into the postal system. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT AND CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK THE ORDER ON USPS.COM DAILY UNTIL DELIVERY!
Please confirm that you have provided a correct and complete mailing address. Please review your order confirmation emails immediately after your order is complete. If you find you have made an error please immediately email us at email@example.com with your order number and corrected information.
LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED PACKAGE, RETURNED TO SENDER/BAD ADDRESS
Shipping insurance is included with every purchase. In the unfortunate event that your package is Lost or Damaged you can file a claim directly on the USPS website.
Note* We Do Not Replace Packages That The Post Office Has Advised Were Successfully Delivered. This Includes “Stolen” Packages.
It is customer’s responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. If packages are returned due to bad or incomplete addresses, the customer will be responsible for repaying all shipping fees. We will only resend orders upon the physical return of the package sent by USPS. If customer notices they have provided an incorrect or incomplete address please email us before your order is shipped so we can update the shipping details. We DO NOT provide refunds or cancel orders due to customers providing incorrect addresses.
