Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

All appointment bookings require a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure your scheduled service. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that this deposit is non-refundable under any and all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, or emergencies.

The deposit serves as a commitment to the scheduled time and compensates for time reserved exclusively for you. Failure to attend your appointment or provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. By proceeding with the booking, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute against this transaction, as you are fully informed of and accept this policy at the time of purchase.
