Shipping policy

 

Note** Orders will ship out within 7-10 days. Please be sure to double check your shipping address.

Customers will be responsible for 20% of total cost of items, in addition to payment of reshipping items due to providing invalid or incomplete shipping address during checkout.

Before items are reshipped they must be confirmed "returned to sender" by USPS.

If you find you have made an error with your shipping address please send us an email immediately to info@losangelesoilsandbutters.com so we can update your address. Be sure to include your order number.

Once items are marked as "accepted" by USPS address cannot be corrected until the package has been returned to us.

All Packages are insured by USPS for loss or damage during transit. Please keep track your items delivery status. USPS & Los Angeles Oils And Butters will not refund or replace items that have been successfully marked as "delivered" by USPS or items that have been stolen after they were successfully delivered.
