We’re honored to be part of your skincare journey. To give you the best experience possible, please take a moment to read through our booking policies and instructions below.
All booking policies, service requirements, payment terms, cancellation rules, and pricing outlined on this page apply to both Los Angeles and Atlanta appointments.
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct location when booking. Please review all policies carefully before booking, regardless of location.
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all the policies stated on this page.
- $150 non-refundable deposit required immediately upon booking
- Deposit methods: Venmo (@LAOils) or Zelle (info@losangelesoilsandbutters.com)
- Credit card info required but not charged unless no-call, no-show
- Deposit must be sent immediately or appointment will be canceled
- Deposit applied to final balance
- Remaining balance accepted via: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle only
- No debit/credit cards or CashApp
- Include full name, appointment date, and time when sending deposit
- Confirmation text sent after deposit is received
- Discontinue use of Retin-A, Tretinoin, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, or azelaic acid 30 days before appointment
- No facial hair trimming/removal 72 hours before appointment
- Laser hair removal must be done at least 5 days prior
- No chemical peels from other providers within the last 30 days
No services provided at any stage of pregnancy
Returning Clients:
- One courtesy reschedule with at least 10 days’ notice
- $100 rescheduling fee applies (non-applicable to final balance)
New Clients:
- $150 non-refundable deposit required for each appointment
- Deposits are not transferable to other dates
- One reschedule allowed for first visit only
- Second reschedule = forfeiture of both deposits + client blocked from future services
- Rescheduling availability not guaranteed within the same month
- Deposits are absolutely non-refundable
Best Results Facial Pricing:
- Returning Clients: Starts at $375 (as of January 2025)
- New Clients: Starts at $400 (as of January 2025)
- Session time: 1–1.5 hours
- Extra time or add-ons may incur $25–$150 charges
- Pricing applies to face only
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late must reschedule
- Rescheduling fee applies
- Plan ahead for LA traffic
- Allow time for travel delays
- No refunds or waivers for missed appointments due to delayed/canceled flights
- Monday to Sunday: Closed
- Services are by appointment only
- All sales are final
- No refunds
- Prepaid clients: Last-minute cancellations will be charged 50% of service + $75 rescheduling fee
- Clients 10+ minutes late must reschedule
- No exceptions
