By checking the opt-in box at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

✅ Booking Agreement & Deposit Policy
By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required immediately upon booking.

Deposit must be sent via Venmo (@LAOils) or Zelle (info@losangelesoilsandbutters.com).

Deposit must include my full name, appointment date, and time.

Credit card information is required at booking but will only be charged in case of no-call, no-show.

Failure to submit deposit immediately after booking will result in automatic cancellation.

My deposit will be applied to my final balance.

Remaining balance must be paid via cash, Venmo, or Zelle only (no debit/credit cards or CashApp).

I will receive the service location and details after my deposit is received.
✅ Service Requirements Agreement
By checking this box, I confirm I meet the following pre-appointment requirements:

I am not currently using Retin-A, Tretinoin, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, or azelaic acid within 30 days prior to my appointment.

I have not shaved, waxed, trimmed, or dermaplaned facial hair within 72 hours of my appointment.
-
I have completed any laser facial hair removal at least 5 days before my appointment.
-
I have not received a chemical peel from another provider within the last 30 days.

I understand these rules are in place for my safety and best results, and no exceptions will be made.
✅ Pregnancy Policy Agreement
By checking this box, I confirm that I am not pregnant, and I understand services cannot be performed on clients at any stage of pregnancy.
✅ Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Agreement
By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Returning Clients:

One courtesy reschedule is allowed if made 10+ days in advance.

A $100 non-refundable rescheduling fee applies.
New Clients:

All new clients must adhere to their original booked appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates.
-
A new deposit is required to reschedule.

I am allowed one reschedule only for my first visit.

A second reschedule will result in loss of all deposits and being blocked from future bookings.

Rescheduling availability is not guaranteed within the same month and may require waiting 60–120 days.

DEPOSITS ARE ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE.
✅ Pricing Agreement

Pricing is based on 1–1.5 hours of service.

Additional time or add-ons may result in extra fees of $25–$150.

Pricing applies to face only and does not include body or scalp treatments.
✅ Punctuality Policy Agreement
By checking this box, I agree to the following:

I must arrive on time for my appointment.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late must reschedule and pay the rescheduling fee.

I will plan accordingly for Los Angeles traffic.
✅ Travel Disclaimer Agreement

If I’m flying in for my appointment, I must allow for possible travel delays.

No refunds or waivers will be issued for missed appointments due to flight delays or cancellations.
✅ Final Sales & Refund Policy Agreement

All sales are final. No refunds.

Prepaid clients who cancel last minute will be charged 50% of the service balance + $75 mandatory rescheduling fee.
